JVCA is a successful, busy, award winning and innovative accountancy practice. We were cloud pioneers back in 2011 and have continued to adopt and utilise technology in our day to day processes. As a busy accounting practice we offer bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, taxation, technical and business growth advice to our clients. The range of our work gives a wide experience and variety of work that means our team get great career development and job satisfaction.We are a values based organisation with a friendly family feel to how we do what we do. Our above-average holiday allowance of 33 days a year appeals to our multi-cultural workforce as it allows time off for religious festivals as well as time for those who are just like more time for themselves or their family. Our office is in Cranfield, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes but we have a variety of working options and the flexibility to choose different working styles; Full time, part time and working from home are all available. We offer both on-the-job training and formal training that leads to recognised qualifications, including regular development opportunities from industry leading experts. The quality of our workplace was recognised when we were listed as one of the 10 best UK firms to work for by Accountancy Age.
